Setting up the Consultation
I will reach out via the method of contact you selected when filling out the Consultation Form. This is a quick check in to set up a time where we can meet for the consultation. The consultation can be in person, video conference (zoom/facetime) or telephone.
This is where we get to discuss what you are looking for. Make sure you have thought about any colors and sizing as appropriate. We will cover these aspects in depth during the meeting. At the conclusion of the meeting I will let you know when to expect the official quote and what the next steps will be. These will typically be you providing your approval to proceed and paying the deposit. The deposit amount will depend on the amount of materials needed plus an additional amount if personalizing.
Lets Make Something
Once your deposit is received, I will order any materials needed to complete the build. When your time arrives on the calendar, I start the build process. You can learn about our build process here. Though out the build process, I will send you updates and photos to let you know how things are progressing. Communication and collaboration is paramount for me.
You get your stuff
When I am finalizing your item, I will let you know when I plan on shipping. I will then send you a tracking number so you can follow your items journey from my workshop to your waiting hands.
