Built for Life: Why I Offer a Lifetime Warranty

When I first started making leather goods, it was because I needed something that didn’t exist. It had to be tough, reliable, and built to last. That mindset never left me. Every time I cut a piece of leather, punch a stitch line, or set a snap, I’m thinking long-term — because that’s how I believe things should be made.
That’s why I offer a lifetime warranty on all my stitching and hardware.
This isn’t just a marketing gimmick. It’s a promise.
Why It Matters
We live in a world where “disposable” has become the norm. Buy it cheap, use it up, toss it. But when you invest in something custom, handmade, and personal — that’s not how it should work. You’re not just buying a product. You’re buying time, intention, and care. That deserves backing.
If a rivet pops or a stitch comes loose — I want you to send it back. Not just so you have a functional item again, but because it matters to me that your piece continues to serve you the way it was meant to.
You Should Use It
I don’t want my creations sitting on a shelf. I want them worn, weathered, scarred with stories. I price my goods to be used. To live life with you — not to be babied or feared. And if something happens? I’ve got your back.
This Is Personal
I put my name on every piece because I stand behind every piece. My goal has never been to make the most stuff. It’s to make your stuff — with care, attention, and a promise that it won’t let you down.
So go ahead. Use it hard. Break it in. And if it ever needs fixing — reach out. You’re covered.
